KIBGIM is an educational NGO that was first established by four visionary individuals. Associate Professor Datuk Dr. Norliah was the first to conceive the idea of opening KIBGIM, as she had experienced firsthand the challenges faced by Malay students in a multiracial school. Associate Professor Datuk Dr. Norliah and Dr. Mahadi collaborated to draft the paperwork to create KIBGIM, with the assistance of Datuk Hj Mohd Said Osman as patron, and Cikgu Norlia binti Sabtu as the individual responsible for recruiting teachers to educate the students of KIBGIM.
