Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree qualification or any equivalent.
Typically pursuing or recently graduated in IT/HR/Marketing or related field in an added advantage.
Proficient in using computers and systems.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Possess good command of Spoken and Written Malay and English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn from others.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva or other relevant tools depending on the area of design.

Support decision-making and strategic planning.
Actively participating in brainstorming sessions or offering suggestions for process improvements.
Follow company policies, ethical guidelines, and maintain confidentiality as required.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and responding to customer reviews.
Support team by performing tasks related to organization and implementing strong communication.
